SC wins against Minooka Magic 10-6.

 Pitching was great again for Stone City. Mia started the game and pitched 3 shut out innings. She had 7 strike outs. Stone City batts finally come alive and get some key hits and bunts early to take. 2-0 first inning lead. With some walks to start the inning in the 4th, Adelia gets a great bunt causing chaos in the field, scoring both Addison and Mia. Hadley came in relief and pitched the rest of the game. After some key defensive plays by Brooke, Tori and Jaelyn, Stone City holds the lead 7-1 after 4. Minooka’s batts strike in the top of the 5th and brings the game to within reach at 7-6. Stone City loads them up again in the bottom of the fifth, scoring 3 more runs by Jaelyn, Brooke and Jerzie.

Great game by all and well executed base running.
